Bakker Construction is proud to share a truly remarkable project, which included the complete interior and exterior renovation of a lovely Historic Victorian with a view of the Monterey Bay. The homeowners approached us with a desire to reclaim the grace and stature of this noble home, which had previously undergone a mismanaged renovation, and also suffered a major water leak on the 3rd floor which triggered the final decision to fully restore the entire home. This home was in need of a lot of care, and we feel we truly gave the homeowners what they were hoping for.
