The kitchen your home
has been waiting for.
Full design-build kitchen remodels on the Monterey Peninsula — reimagined layouts, custom cabinetry, and premium stone, designed and built by one team.
"A kitchen that fights how you cook and gather."
A layout that made sense in 1985 but doesn't anymore. An island you've always wanted — but walls are in the wrong place. Counters that aren't big enough. A kitchen you work around instead of in.
If your kitchen needs to work differently — not just look different — that's design-build.
Layout that doesn't function — a floor plan designed for a different era and a different family than yours.
The island you've always wanted — but there's a wall in the wrong place. That's a structural conversation, not a cabinet swap.
Counter and storage that don't keep up — not enough prep space, no pantry, uppers that don't reach.
A kitchen the whole family works around — traffic jams, no room to cook and talk at the same time.
Everything the kitchen needs. One team. One proposal.
Design, structural changes, plumbing, cabinetry, stone — scoped together and priced before construction begins.
Design-led layout
Every layout starts with how you cook, entertain, and move — not what's easiest to build. Wall removals, island additions, structural changes — all designed in-house and pre-vetted before permitting.
Plumbing & electrical relocation
Sink placement, appliance locations, lighting design — relocated properly, permitted correctly.
Custom cabinetry
Built to the space and the design, not pulled from a catalog. Full build-out from uppers to pantries.
Premium stone countertops
Quartz, marble, quartzite — selected with your designer, priced into the proposal before construction.
Appliance integration
New appliance specifications coordinated with the design. Rough-in done right the first time.
Lighting design
Task, ambient, and accent lighting designed as part of the space — not added as an afterthought.
Layout, structural changes, and island additions — all designed in-house and pre-vetted before permitting
3D kitchen walkthrough before any demo — cabinetry, stone, and lighting confirmed in advance
Plumbing, electrical, and appliance rough-in relocated properly and permitted correctly
Fixed price after design is complete — all materials selected and real-measured before you commit
"3D renderings before a single wall is touched."
Our in-house designers start with a lifestyle consultation — a real conversation about how you use the space. Then comes the design. You'll see your new kitchen in 3D, walk through every decision, and sign off on exactly what gets built.
No surprises during construction. No decisions made under pressure on-site. The hard work happens in design — so the build goes exactly as planned.
From frustration to finished kitchen.
We listen before we draw. Every kitchen starts with a real conversation — then a design you can see, a price you can trust, and a build you can count on.

Not changing the layout — just cabinets, counters, and finishes?
That's a kitchen refresh. Same quality, faster start, no design phase required.
What homeowners ask before starting a kitchen remodel.
A full kitchen remodel on the Monterey Peninsula typically runs 10–18 weeks from signed construction agreement to final walk-through. Timeline depends on scope, permit requirements, and material lead times. Cabinet lead times alone can run 6–12 weeks — which is why we order before we start demolition, not after. We give you a detailed schedule before you sign.
Most clients don't. We set up site barriers to contain the work zone, and we sequence the build to keep the rest of your home functional. That said, if a full gut renovation is involved and the kitchen is central to the floorplan, we'll be honest with you about what "livable" actually means during construction.
A refresh — new cabinet faces, hardware, countertops, and paint — can transform a kitchen without moving plumbing or electrical. A full remodel opens walls, reconfigures the layout, and addresses everything underneath the finishes. Which one is right depends on what you're trying to solve. We'll tell you honestly which scope serves your goals — and your budget.
We can work with any starting point. Many beautiful kitchens are built on the same footprint — better lighting, better storage, better finishes, better flow. Moving plumbing and gas lines adds cost and timeline. If your layout works, we'll build on it. If it doesn't, we'll show you why in 3D before anything gets decided.
Any work involving plumbing, electrical, or structural changes requires permits. In Carmel, additional design review may apply if the project affects exterior elements. We handle all permitting as part of the project — you're never managing that yourself.
A full kitchen renovation on the Peninsula typically starts in the $80,000–$120,000 range for a mid-size kitchen with quality finishes, and can run significantly higher depending on size, materials, and structural changes. We'll give you a realistic range during the exploration phase — before you've committed to anything.
